We are a small baking business located in Oriskany, NY.  Sweet Mae's Bakery is named after my Grandmother Mamie, my Grandfather used to call my Grandmother Mamie, Mae for short. My Grandmother is my inspiration for baking, the first thing that she taught me how to make was our famous Italian pastries, Pasticiotti, or better known as Pusties.
